Terms of service
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent, the “Customer”) and Lynt-X Global Tech Limited, Innovation One, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”), for use of Lyntcast (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.
1. The Service
Lyntcast lets you connect content management systems (“CMSs”) and AI agents, and checks, holds, applies, records and undoes changes according to rules you set. We may improve and change the Service; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid term without notice.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces, including by agents you connect.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Workspace owners decide who has access and with what role.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You keep all rights to your content and data (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy policy and the DPA.
- You remain responsible for what is published on your sites. Lyntcast is a control tool: rules, risk scores and AI policy checks help you find problems but can be wrong or incomplete, and are not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Rule packs are starting points to review with your own advisers.
- You confirm you are authorised to connect each CMS and to give Lyntcast the access you grant.
- You are responsible for the AI agents you connect and their providers’ terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or malware;
- probe, scan or test the Service’s vulnerabilities except under our vulnerability reporting process, or interfere with its operation;
- access other customers’ data, or circumvent limits or security controls;
- resell the Service without our written agreement;
- use the Service in breach of export control or sanctions laws.
5. Plans, fees and billing
- Plans and limits are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, whose buyer terms apply to the payment.
- Fees exclude taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires, fees are non-refundable.
- We may change prices for future terms with at least 30 days’ notice.
- If payment fails we may, after notice, downgrade the workspace to the Free plan.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a service-level commitment unless agreed in an order form. Changes held for review or scheduled may be delayed during an outage. Support is available at hello@lyntcast.com.
7. Third-party services
The Service interacts with CMSs, AI agents, Slack and other services you choose. We are not responsible for them, for changes in their APIs, or for content they hold. If a provider suspends access, related features may stop working.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for this agreement. We will maintain the measures described on our Security page.
9. Our intellectual property
We own the Service and its software, except open-source components licensed under their own terms (the WordPress plugin is licensed under GPLv2 or later). Feedback you give may be used without obligation.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time.
- We may suspend access to prevent harm to the Service, other customers or third parties, or for serious or repeated breach, with notice where practical.
- After termination you can export your audit log for 30 days; we then delete Customer Data as described in the Privacy policy, except where the law requires us to keep it.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will catch every problematic change.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data, and each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 for free plans). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You will defend us against third-party claims arising from content published on your sites or your breach of section 4.
14. Consumers
The Service is intended for business use. If you use it as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
